Goodbye to a Legend

After a great 3rd round match at the US Open today, Andre Agassi lost and is now officially retired from professional tennis. He was by far my favourite tennis player of all time and probably my favourite athlete from any sport. He was all choked up as he gave a moving speech to the crowd thanking his fans for giving him "shoulders to stand on" for many years, even at times he didn't believe in himself. Truly a class act.

So all I have to say is: Thank you Andre Agassi for giving us so many years of awesome tennis!

hey! i'm just getting around to checking blogs again. you sound like you're going to be very busy this semester too. sometimes it feels like i'm never going to get through with school. you're welcome to join our thigh challenge! i'm gonna try with my new goals for the the next 4 weeks and see what happens. i've found that breaking the challenges up a bit helps with motivation.

So he retired huh? He was good, he had his time. I loved it back in the day when he had long hair.

Thinking of you right now. I can't remember what time you were giving your presentation, but good luck. Can't wait to hear all about it.
